Airframe

Lycoming IO-360-A1B6D 200 hp. 1,570 SMOH by Performance Aero Engines 11/16/98. TBO: 2,000 hours. 1,240 since prop strike inspection 5/2002.
Cylinder compressions at annual inspection June 2017: 74/78/78/78 Flown about 25 hours in the last few months. Recent oil analysis normal. Recent cylinder borescope with no defects noted. Nice clean engine. Engine starts easily, runs cool and smooth with low oil consumption.

Both fuel tanks resealed 5/2012 by Pietsch. NTSB report indicates this Mooney was damaged during landing by upset from helicopter rotor wash. The right wing, landing gear, and engine was repaired. Prop was replaced. Aircraft has flown approx 1,240 hours since. No evidence of repairs or damage noted. Flown many hours recently & operating flawlessly.
